Bella Mammia recognizes the importance of receiving your fabulous new goods as soon as possible and for that reason we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1PM on the same day. As standard our parcels travel by 1st Class Mail and to ensure parcel security we require a signature upon arrival. You parcel should arrive within three working days.
Should you be out when your goods arrive a note will be left instructing you on when and where you can collect your parcel from or giving you the option of re-delivery on a date that suits you. Bella Mammia has chosen this postal option to ensure your beautiful new maternity lingerie reaches you safely.
For those of you who require an even speedier delivery option, we can also arrange 'Next Day' deliveries. Place your order before 1pm Mon - Fri and your goods are guaranteed to arrive on the next working day (please note that orders placed before 1pm on Friday will reach you the following Monday).
Bella Mammia happily supplies to overseas customers. Please note that any local Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will require payment upon receipt of goods. Bella Mammia will not be held responsible for any delays on International deliveries due to Customs and Excise.
As with all UK orders, International deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure your glamorous new maternity lingerie arrives safely.
Bella Mammia are happy to accept orders from BFPO address. As with both UK and International orders, BFPO deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure the safe arrival of your fabulous new maternity lingerie.
Can I return the item(s) purchased?
Bella Mammia hopes you love your new maternity lingerie as much as we do. If however you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we are happy to offer a 100% no-quibble refund or exchange (minus original P & P costs), provided that you return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
How do I return the item(s) purchased?
UK customers: Bella Mammia has enclosed a postage paid returns label with your order. Please fill out the returns form and attach the returns label provided. Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office and obtain proof of postage as Bella Mammia is unable to offer a refund or exchange should your parcel be lost in transit.
International customers: Bella Mammia has enclosed a returns label with your order. Please fill out the returns form and use the peel off returns label provided. Send your returned goods via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.

Please return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Bella Mammia aims to process all refunds within 7 working days. If however you have not received your refund within 14 days of returning your goods, please contact our customer services team at info@bellamammia.co.uk Please note refunds can only be issued to the card used in the original transaction and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Bella Mammia strives for 100% customer satisfaction and is therefore happy to offer all customers free exchanges. Should the replacement goods have a lower price value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited to the card used in the original transaction. Where replacement goods have a higher price value, our customer services team will contact you via e-mail for further instruction.

I've received some Bella Mammia items as a gift. Can I return them?
Absolutely, please be aware however that as part of Bella Mammia's returns process the purchaser will automatically be notified by e-mail of any returns, refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this as it is an automated part of our returns system.
If you request replacement items of a higher value, we would need to obtain the purchaser's permission before making an additional charge to their card. Alternatively, any difference can be paid using your own card - should you wish to do this, please include clear payment instructions with the returned items, together with contact details in case of any query.
If you request a refund, please note that this can only be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods.
